For over 25 years I played goalkeeper myself. Week after week I washed my gloves — or more accurately: I had to wash them. I never felt like it, but I needed maximum grip to play my best.
With the GloveBag, I want to solve a small but incredibly annoying problem for millions of goalkeepers — for good.
I have everything
tried and tested.
It started with washing my gloves in the sink with regular detergent — and soon wondering why the latex was getting hard and brittle so fast.
Then came the first goalkeeper glove detergents. Of course I bought them. And sure, the gloves came out cleaner and held their grip longer — but the effort was still there. And the detergents weren't cheap either.
For a while I washed the gloves in the shower straight after training. Sounds like a time-saver — but I was always the last one out of the changing room.
