1. Shipping Destinations and Regions

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. Follow us on Instagram, to be notified as soon as we start shipping to additional countries.

2. Shipping Methods

Domestic and international shipping is carried out exclusively via DHL. We only offer standard shipping.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination region and order value.

Within Germany, shipping costs €4.90 for orders under €60.
For international shipments, shipping costs €6.90 for orders under €60.
Shipping is free for orders with a cart value of €60 or more.

The exact shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Times

  • Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days

  • International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination country. Exact delivery times are displayed during checkout.

5. Packaging

All products are packaged in an environmentally friendly way to help protect the environment. No additional packaging costs are charged.

6. Shipping Restrictions

There are no products that cannot be shipped. We also have no special shipping restrictions for specific countries or regions.

7. Customs Duties and Import Fees (for International Shipping)

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes required for import into the destination country. Further information on import regulations must be obtained by the buyer independently.

8. Shipment Tracking and Notifications

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email once your package has been dispatched, including all relevant tracking information.

9. Returns and Return Shipping

If you wish to return your order or parts of it, you may return the items within 14 days of purchase, simply by including your order number, to the following address:

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
